Part Yoga, Part Animal Assisted Therapy, and Part delicious Wine. Goat Yoga is about disconnecting from day to day stress, illness or depression and focusing on happy vibes! No yoga experience is needed.

Our venue is at Hilltop Views Farm, just outside of Lansing. Our events are held inside THE most amazing 100-year-old barn or overlooking 100’s of beautiful farm fields and it’s magical. Our HVF team for this class will be Shawn, Barb, and Kenzie. We can’t wait to see you!
